AEROBICS COMBO

Combine hi/low aerobics with steps to enhance muscle, strength, endurance and flexibility. .
  • 7 Week Sessions
  • Ages 15 yrs old and up
  • Bring your own 3-5 lb hand weights to class.
  • Classes are held at the Overland Community Center
  • Holiday Mini Session starts mid Nov thru Dec 2019. Drop in rates only. Next full session will start in Jan 2020.

  • Non-Member: $45
