Pilates--Pilates
is a way to increase the strength of the "core" muscles. The
core muscles are the buttocks, inner and outer thighs, back, and
mostly the abdominals. It is a series of exercises that helps
build long, lean, and flexible muscles. It focuses on
breathing in cooperation with the exercises, and it is also a very
big stress reliever.
