Membership Information

The Overland Community Center is open to those residents of the City of Overland who possess a valid Community Center Identification Card.  Persons wishing to obtain a card, FOR THE FIRST TIME, are required to present their proof of residency in the form of an Occupancy Permit and paid personal tax bill receipt to Overland City Hall, 9119 Lackland Road, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.

The cost of the photo identification card is $5 per adult resident and $3  for senior citizens 62 and over, any handicapped individual receiving federal aid, or children under the age of 12.  Children under the age of 6 are not required to have an identification card.

For the convenience of our working residents, current card holders can renew their memberships at the Community Center during the hours that City Hall is not open.  Residents must provide the same proof of residency and these persons must wait until the following working day to pick up their Identification Card from the Community Center, as the card must be sent to City Hall for residency verification and processing.

The card is to be renewed one year from the date of original issuance.  Renewals may be processed at the Community Center.  The card is required for admission to the Center and use of any of its facilities or participation in any of its programs.  Those who misplace their cards must purchase their replacements at the original fee of $5 or $3 whichever applies.

An Overland resident may bring one non-Overland guest per person per visit for a fee of $3 for adults and $2 for children 12 and under.  The guest must be participating in the same activities as the resident and must come in with and leave with the resident.  The resident is responsible for the actions of his/her guest.
