Fall into autumn as the City of Overland and the Overland Business Association proudly present their Annual Autumn in the Park Festivities at Norman Myers Park in Overland, MO. This year there will be a family filled event full of activities for all parents and kids of all ages! There will be live music, vendor booths, food and drinks, a petting zoo with pony rides, and a Free Movie in the Park Saturday night featuring the Super Mario Bros Movie. The Autumn in the Park Festival will commence on Saturday, September 23 from 3 pm to 9 pm. Parking Lot BINGO for everyone! Join us at Verona Pavilion from the comfort of your car or lawn chair on Wednesday September 27, 2023 from 6:30 – 7:45 pm. Pre-Registration with payment at the Overland Community Center or online at www.overlandmo.org. Pre-Registration is required and space is limited. Cost is $15 per car (two or more players), OR $5.00 per Car (one player only). Only one person per car needs to register. Spaces are limited on a first come first serve basis. The parking lot will open at 6 pm with BINGO from 6:30 – 7:45 pm. Upon arrival you will be assigned to a parking spot with disposable BINGO cards. We will play a minimum of 8 games with awesome prizes for every winner. Bring your own dobbers/pens, chairs, small tables, dinner, drinks, fun people, and etc for some bingo fun. The City of Overland Parks & Recreation Department has partnered with All American Gymnastics and Super Ninja to organize an exciting event called the Mini Ninja Course Challenge. This event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 30, 2023 and is specifically designed for children aged 3 to 12 years old. The Mini Ninja Course Challenge offers a unique opportunity for children to engage in hands on training from certified Ninja coaches with exciting and challenging obstacles. Grip socks are required. This course will not only be a test of their physical fitness but also a chance for them to showcase their skills in a fun and interactive environment. To participate, interested individuals are required to register in advance by September 25, 2023. The registration fee for each child is $20. Min 20 / Max 40.
