ZUMBA
Fusing hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system that is fun and easy to do. Burn calories, pump muscles, and watch your body sculpt. Add some Latin flavor dance moves to your life by signing up today!
- A minimum of 7 participants required for class to take place with a maximum of 10 participants per class.
- Ages 14 yrs old and up

- Daily drop in rates are $5 for Members and Non-Members
- Drop-In per class rates are available, depending on space availability each night.

YOGA
Open to all beginners and experienced members, this class will help you increase the blood circulation in the body by utilizing your physical posture. Improve your balance, flexibility, and strength in the body by joining our class today!

KENDO
Kendo is the art of Japanese fencing. This course involves physically and mentally challenging activities that combine strong martial arts values with sport-like physical elements. Equipment is not needed to begin class but will need to be purchased. Beginner will have a Shinai (bamboo sword) which can be purchased through the instructor at a discounted cost.

- Ages 15 yrs old and up
- All classes are taught from those of rank who volunteer to do so. With that being said, please make an effort to show up eary and be ready promptly.

- Drop in anytime for $5 per class

Chair Yoga
Centered around various yoga positions, this class will help improve your flexibility, joint stiffness, and staying active from a comfortable seated position of a chair. Ideal for individuals with health complications or elderly adults that struggle with the flexibility and stability required of traditional yoga. Open to beginners and experienced individuals.

Pickleball Drop In

What is Pickleball? Pickleball is a paddle sport played on a scaled down size tennis court, utilizing wooden or composite paddles and a plastic wiffleball. It combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong and can be played singles or doubles. The rules of Pickleball are simple and the game is easy for beginners of all ages to learn. Games can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competition for players of all skill levels.
- Cost: Free for Overland Community Center Members with a valid card. $2.00 for Overland Residents; $3.00 for Non- Overland Residents.
- Ages: 13 yrs of age and older
- Location: Overland Community Center, Gymnasium Court 2
- Hours: Wednesdays 9 am - 1:30 pm, Fridays 9am - 1:30 pm & 5:30 - 8:45 pm, and Saturdays 8 am - Noon
- No registration required, but players must bring their own equipment to play.
